q: Do you have a showroom?
a: nope. no overhead + no chance to up-sell you on stuff you really don't need or want to spend $$ on = my
prices. We do actually meet- I'll show you swatches and my print portfolio (which is not as up to date as my online
gallery, LOL) and we go from there. If you're the touchy feely, need to be in a showroom kinda gal, I'm probably not
for you.
Please note. Just because we meet, it doesn't mean I'm holding your date open. We cannot hold dates without
deposits.
q: What does your pricing include?
a: Our pricing includes delivery, set up and take down, plus applicable taxes. Cash, cheque, email money
transfer, credit card payments via PayPal and money orders are accepted forms of payment.
q: What areas do you service?
a: Typically, We go as far east as Scarborough, north to York Region, west to Hamilton.
We like the occasional road trip too! However, when we travel outside our regular coverage area, we can only
do one wedding. Anything over 30 minutes travel time from Mississauga is subject to a Travel Fee to cover our
gas, travel time and munchies.
Additional pricing starts from $100 and does not include accommodations if necessary. Travel to the Muskokas
starts at $200, to cover one nights accommodations if necessary
All Travel Fees are non-negotiable and are subject to our discretion.
q: Can we rent the head table/backdrop items from you and do it ourselves?
a: Simple answer is no. Vivian's Decorations & Designs is a service that provides brides with a budget friendly
way to decorate. Let us do the decorating and you be the bride!
q: <insert decor company here> is offering <insert decor item here> at <insert price>. Can you
match it?
a: We all offer different services, different service levels, quality of materials and quality of decor. With
Vivian's Decorations & Designs, we offer you great customer service, quality wedding decor plus I'm upfront with
what you're getting. Your day will be pretty and you won't have to have a Jack & Jill JUST to pay me! Nothing can
beat that! :O)
q: What do you require to book?
a: A signed contract and:

| 50% non refundable initial payment if your event is less than 3 months away or for packages less than $500 | |
